This video will show administrators how to assign a contract to an existing student in the CompTIA CertMaster Learn platform.
Hello, everyone. Today, we'll be learning how to assign a contract to a student already in your institution. This functionality can only be performed by users who have the Institution Admin role. Starting out in the Institution Admin dashboard, you first want to navigate to the Students tab. When you are there, you want to select a specific student you would like to assign the additional contract.
Next step, you would need to assign the contract to the student. In order to do so, you would need to go through the box labeled Assign Contract. Next step would be to assign the contract to the student. In order to do that, you would need to select from the dropdown and choose the contract you would like to assign to the student.
You just want to verify you have enough seats available within your institution to assign this contract to that student. Once you've done so, select the contract. The next step would be to confirm the desired contract and hit Assign. Once you hit Assign, your student will have access to their course the next time they log in. To verify which courses are assigned to that student, you can view that list here.
And that's how you assign a contract to a student already in your Institution.
