    How to Edit or Delete Your CEUs

    Once you have submitted Continuing Education Units (CEUs), they are automatically accepted and added to the total number of CEUs needed to renew your certification. If you mistakenly enter the incorrect number of CEUs, forget to upload a document or submit CEUs under the incorrect activity, you can make edits to correct the issue.

    Please note; changes can only be made to the activities you’ve submitted during your current three-year CE renewal cycle.

    Edit the number of CEUs

    If you hold multiple CompTIA certifications, you’ll be prompted to select an intent level.

    • Select the intent level by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
    • Click on the activity title.
    • Click in the Units/Hours box and change the number.
    • Click on the Update button.

    Upload CEU documents

    If you hold multiple CompTIA certifications, you’ll be prompted to select an intent level.

    • Select the intent level by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
    • Click on the activity title.
    • Click on the Browse button.
    • Add the document.
    • Click on the Update button.

    Change the activity type

    If you submitted CEUs with the wrong CE activity type, you’ll need to delete your original submission and re-submit your CEUs with the correct activity type.

    If you hold multiple CompTIA certifications, you’ll be prompted to select an intent level.

    • Select the intent level by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
    • Click on the activity title.
    • Click on the Delete button.
    • Resubmit your CEUs with the correct activity type.
