You can change your email address on your certification account by submitting a help request.
In order to allow us to change your email address on your account, please include the following information in your help request:
- Your full name.
- Your mailing address.
- Your current email address on your account.
Please also include your Candidate ID and exam registration number, if you have it.
Your exam registration number
Your exam registration number is listed on your exam score report and your exam appointment confirmation email. If you do not have your score report or exam appointment confirmation email available, you can log into your testing provider account, which lists your exam registration number as part of your score report.
If you do not have access to your testing provider account, please call your testing provider for assistance. In most cases, this will be Pearson VUE, which can be contacted at (877) 551-7587, Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time.
Please note that CompTIA cannot help you retrieve your registration number.
