    Changing your email address

    You can update the email address on your account by clicking on the account icon in the upper-right corner of the page, then click My Login Credentials and enter your new email address.

    If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, call us or send a help request with the following:
    • Full name
    • Mailing address on your account
    • Email address on your account
    • Candidate ID and/or exam registration number
