    Resolve login failure due to multiple records with same email address

    If there are multiple accounts tied to your email address, you will not be able to log into your certification account. Please submit a “multiple records” help request and we will help you merge your accounts into one.


    To verify your identity, please send a mailing address, a copy of your score report, your Candidate ID number and a daytime phone number with your help request. You can find the Candidate ID on the score report that you received after your exam.
