    Switch shared email to individual email

    If the email address you used to register for an exam is shared with other candidates, we can help you switch your account to an individual email address. Send us a “multiple records” help request and we will create an individual account for you.


    To verify your identity, please include your mailing address, a copy of your score report, your Candidate ID number, a daytime phone number and the email address you would like to use on your account with your help request. You can find the Candidate ID on the score report that you received after your exam.
