    Merging multiple accounts

    Two CompTIA IDs and/or two accounts with different email addresses

    If you have multiple accounts with different CompTIA IDs and/or email addresses, please send a help request with the information listed below to have all your CompTIA exams and certifications merged into a single record. Please be sure to specify which CompTIA ID and email address you wish to maintain.

    Two accounts with the same email address

    You won't be able to log in if you have multiple accounts with the same email address. Please send a help request with the following information and we'll be glad to merge your accounts.
     
    Provide this information for merge request verification purposes:
    • CompTIA ID#s on both accounts (if applicable)
    • Address on both accounts (if different)
    • Email address(es)
    • Exams taken and/or certifications achieved
