If you do not see your learner or instructor in your institution, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
- They have redeemed their student access key in the wrong place.
Note: They should use the institution URL you provided with the access key.
- They already exist within our platform.
Note: When trying to assign learners to a course contract, you would see an error message that says, “This user is already in the platform. Please contact support if you need to make changes to this user.”
In order to have your learners appear in your institution, please submit a Help Request. Select the following to ensure your ticket is routed correctly:
- How can we help you today? Training Product Support – Organization/Business (instructor-led study)
- Please tell us who you are: Instructor and/or Supervisor OR Institution Administrator and Operations
- How can we help you with your training product? Add/remove Students
