You can update your CompTIA contact information by logging in to the partner website and selecting View My Account.
From there, you will select the Update Your Profile option.
You can then select the Update option on the right-hand side of the page to edit any information. You may not update your company name or your email through the partner website.
Once you have completed your changes, click Submit Updated Profile, which is located at the bottom of the webpage.
To update your company name or your email, please submit a Help Request and select:
- How can we help you today? CompTIA Authorized Partner Program (CAPP) and Government
- How can we help you with your CompTIA partnership? Update my partner profile
Note: Please be sure to include as much information as possible, including a URL for your company/institution.
