Once you have completed a CE fee payment, you can view your CE fee payment history anytime during your three-year renewal period.
Viewing Your Payment History
- Step 1: Log in to your CompTIA account.
- Step 2: Click the Manage Certifications header.
- Step 3: Click the Go to My Certifications button to be directed to your certification account.
- Step 4: Click the History menu item.
- Step 5: Click the Fee Transactions on the menu bar. CE maintenance fees are displayed in the e-Commerce Transaction History section.
- Step 6: To print the record of a specific payment, click the Transaction ID in the transaction history window.
- Step 7: Details of the selected transaction will appear. Click the Print button.
