We understand that schedules and commitments may change, and we do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Send your rescheduling or refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you need to switch your Live Online Training Course to a new course date, we must receive your request a minimum of 2 business days prior to the start of your original course date.
- We will accommodate up to two rescheduling requests.
- Refund requests for Live Online Training courses must be received within 30 days from the purchase date, and a minimum of 2 business days prior to the course start date.
- If a refund request is received less than 2 business days prior to the course start date, you will be given a credit equal to the dollar amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future online course.
- No refunds will be issued if you have logged in to the course.
- All credits must be used within 12 months.
