If licenses are issued to your organization, you can view license availability and activate those licenses.
- Step 1: Click Actions
- Step 2: Select View Licenses
- Step 3: Available licenses are listed
- Step 4: Under Actions for each license you can

Step 5: Activate Classes

- Choose the instructor (if administrator) and class
- Across from the class name click Activate

Step 6: Activate Students

- Search for a student’s name
- Across from the student’s name click Activate

Once the license is activated, the respective product will be available for the students upon their next login.
