You are welcome to archive or unarchive a class any time. Keep in mind that classes are automatically archived two weeks after your class end date.

Archive
- Step 1: Click the box next to your class name.
- Step 2: Under Actions select Archive Classes.
- Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes.
- Step 4: The class is now archived and no longer visible on your home page.
- Step 5: To return to an archived class click View and select Archived Classes.
Unarchive
- Step 1: To unarchive a class, click View and select Archived Classes.
- Step 2: Click the box next to your class name.
- Step 3: Under Actions select Unarchive Classes.
- Step 4: The class is now active and no longer visible under Archived Classes.
- Step 5: Under View select Active Classes to return to your home page.
