Can I exchange my unused CertMaster Lab/Learn/Perform Network+ N10-008 access keys or licenses for CertMaster Lab/Learn/Perform Network+ N10-009 access keys or licenses?
No. Unused CertMaster Lab/Learn/Learn+Labs Network+ N10-008 access keys or licenses may be returned, however, if within 30 days from the date of purchase. CompTIA does monitor organizational/business license purchases and may reach out to confirm version information closer to the retirement date.
