StoreWhen scheduling your online exam, the time you choose will default to the time zone set within your Pearson VUE account preferences. It's important to confirm the time zone is the one you intend for your online exam.
You may change the time zone setting within your Pearson VUE account preferences, or change the time zone during the scheduling process.
NOTE: Changing the time zone during the scheduling process will also update the time zone in your account preferences.
To change the time zone in your account preferences:
- Sign in to your Pearson VUE account
- Click Preferences under the My Account heading
- Locate the Time and Distance section and select the time zone and time display
- Click the Save button
To change the time zone during the scheduling process:
- Sign in to your Pearson VUE account
- From your account Dashboard, click the View Exams button
- Select the exam you wish to take
- Select the At a Home or Office exam option and click Next
- Click the check-boxes to agree to the Online Exam Policies and click Next
- Select the Language and click Next
- Review the Exam Details and click Next
- Answer the question about government funding and click Next
- Click on the Calendar to select your desired Date
- Click the Change link next to the Times Shown In text and enter your desired time zone
- Click on the button for your desired exam time, and proceed with the rest of the scheduling process
