CompTIA Online Testing Availability - Certifications, Languages and Countries

You have the option to take your CompTIA exam in-person at a test center or take your exam online from your home or office.

Certifications Available for Online Testing

Online testing is available for all CompTIA certifications, with the sole exception of CTT+.*

Languages Available for Online Testing

Online testing is available for the full suite of translated exams for each certification. The languages translated for each exam can be found in the Exam Details section of the certification pages. You'll be prompted to select your desired language during the online exam scheduling process.

PLEASE NOTE: Online test proctors communicate only in English and OnVUE testing software is English-based. You must be conversational in English in order to effectively take your exam online.

Country Availability for Online Testing

Online testing is not available in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Korea, Slovenia, Sudan, and Syria.

* CompTIA CTT+ exams are not available for online testing. CTT+ Essentials exam TK0-201 must be taken in-person at a test center. CTT+ Classroom Performance exam TK0-202 and CTT+ Virtual Classroom Performance exam TK0-203 are performance-based exams requiring a recording to be submitted for evaluation.
