    Accessing training products through your CompTIA SSO account

    As of April 14, 2022, many of CompTIA's official training products may be accessed through your CompTIA single sign-on (SSO) account. Follow the access key redemption instructions below.

    Note that some products and access methods are excluded from SSO, including CompTIA training products with an institutional / organizational setup. These products are accessed via organization-specific registration URLs, LMS integration, or direct links. Review the instructions for accessing training products outside your SSO account for more details.

    Redeeming your access key

    • Go to https://login.comptia.org/#redeemAccessKeys.
    • Log into your existing CompTIA account or create a new account.

      If you already have a CompTIA account, just use your email address and password to sign in.
      NOTE: CompTIA recently migrated to single sign-on (SSO), so please use the Reset Your Password option if you haven’t logged in through this page previously to create your new SSO password.

      If you don’t already have a CompTIA account, click the Sign Up Now button and follow the steps to verify your email address and create a new account.

    • Enter your access key and click Redeem Now.
    • Click Access My New Training to go directly to your new product or click View All My Products to see a full list of all your training products.

    Accessing your training product

    To access your training product going forward, go to https://login.comptia.org/training-products. We encourage you to bookmark this page for convenience!
