Note: Your AP Navigator proctor password must be updated every 180 days. Follow these steps to reset your password:
Steps to Reset Your Proctor Password:
- Visit the Pearson VUE Navigator site.
- Click on "I forgot my password."
- Enter your email address and click "Retrieve Password."
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Answer your security questions to complete the password reset process.
