How Do I Reset My Proctor Password for the CompTIA Client Proctor Delivery System?

Note: Your AP Navigator proctor password must be updated every 180 days. Follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Visit the Pearson VUE Navigator site.
2. Click on "I forgot my password."
3. Enter your email address and click "Retrieve Password."
4. Check your email for a password reset link.
5. Answer your security questions to complete the password reset process.
