We at CompTIA want to welcome you! To get underway you first need to login to your CompTIA account. This specifically applies to those who use the CompTIA Learning platform versus the school’s learning management system (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, or D2L.

On CompTIA.org, select Login then CompTIA Central or go directly to the login page at login.comptia.org.

For first time users, click Create an account. For return users, log in with your existing CompTIA credentials or select Reset your password (follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password).

On the CompTIA Central page, if your CertMaster account is linked to your CompTIA account with an Instructor or Admin role, you will see the option to access the CertMaster Instructor/Admin view by clicking the Institution Management button.
*If you do not see the Institution Management button on your CompTIA Central page, please submit a Help Request.
