How do I view my Order History?

You can view your order history and manage your past purchase records in your CompTIA account by following the steps below.

1. Visit the Customer Profile Page: CompTIA Account.
2. Log In to Your Account: Click the Log In button in the page's upper right-hand corner and select “My Shopping Account.”
3. Enter Your Login Credentials
   • Email address.
   • Password.
4. Once logged in, click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, “Customer Profile.”
5. You can view your order history for the past 3, 6, or 9 months or display all orders.
