Select Your Region
- Ensure the correct region is selected at the top of the page.

Add Products to Your Cart
- Browse and add your desired exam vouchers, learning products, or training materials to your shopping cart.

Review Your Cart
- Click the cart icon and select “View Cart” to review your items, quantities, and prices.

Begin Checkout
- On the order summary page, you have two options:
- Option 1: Click the Shop Pay (purple) button to begin directly with Shop Pay Checkout.
- Option 2: Click Checkout as a Guest. On the next (express checkout) page, you can choose Shop Pay as your payment method.

Sign In to Shop Pay
- Enter your Shop Pay email. If you don’t have an account, follow the instructions to create one.

Confirm Your Identity with a Phone Code
- Shop Pay will send a verification code via SMS to your registered mobile number; enter this code to proceed and keep your checkout secure.

Verify Your Information
- Enter or update your billing address and contact information.
- Confirm your payment method (credit/debit card) and shipping method (digital products are delivered by email).

Complete Your Purchase
- Review your order and click Pay Now.
- Wait for your order to be processed.

Order Confirmation
- You’ll see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. For digital products, your access details will be sent by email.

Account Access
- If this is your first purchase, CompTIA will create an account for you and send setup instructions so you can access your purchased materials.
