After completing a CE fee payment, you can easily view your payment history at any time during your three-year renewal period.
How to View Your Payment History
Follow these simple steps to access your CE fee payment records:
- Log in to your CompTIA account.
- Click on the Manage Certifications header.
- Select Go to My Certifications to access your certification account.
- Click on the History menu.
- Select Fee Transactions from the menu bar. Your CE maintenance fees will be listed in the e-Commerce Transaction History section.
- To print a record of a specific payment, click on the Transaction ID in the transaction history window.
- The details of the selected transaction will appear. Click the Print button to print your record.
