Today we'll be learning how to edit your user profile within CertMaster Learn.
This functionality applies to all user roles, admin, instructor, supervisor, and student.
For this demonstration, we will use the instructor's view to complete this functionality.
Navigate to "learn.comptia.org" and use your existing credentials to log into CertMaster Learn platform.
Every user role will have a silhouette profile icon on the top far right corner of your screen.
Select the dropdown and select "User Portal."
In the top right of your screen, select “My Account”
Next, ensure My Profile is selected.
You will now see your current profile information.
Here you can add or update your profile picture, amend any erroneous spelling of your name or email address, and in the password area, you can change or update your password.
Following any changes or amendments, select "Save."
To confirm any changes, a pop-up banner will appear at the top of your page informing you that your account successfully updated.
