- Log out, clear your cache and cookies for all time, then log back in. Here are instructions to clear the Google cache and Firefox cache.
- Refresh the course data. To do this, click on the person icon on the top right corner of the screen and select Help from the menu. A pop-up window will appear. Click on the Refresh Course Data button.
