How can students using LMS links to access CertMaster retain access after the class ends?

Many schools choose to integrate their CertMaster coursework with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle. Students then access their CertMaster course material by launching links in their LMS class page.

Starting November 12th 2025:

How can these students continue to access their CertMaster material after they lose access to the links in their LMS class page?

1. Navigate to login.comptia.org
2. Click 'Reset Your Password'
3. Go through the password reset process, using the email address associated to the student's LMS user profile when prompted.
4. The student may now login through the login page with their email and password going forward.
