How do students using an LMS integration access CertMaster after the LMS course ends?

Many schools choose to integrate their CertMaster coursework with a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle. Students then access their CertMaster course material by launching links in their LMS class page.

Instructions for Students on how to regain access to CertMaster

1. Navigate to login.comptia.org

2. Log in with the CompTIA Central credentials you created the first time you clicked in through the LMS course. The username will be the email address associated to your LMS user profile. 

   • If you don't recall the credentials you set, click 'Reset Your Password', and go through the password reset process, using the email address associated to your LMS user profile as the username.

3. You may now log in at login.comptia.org with your LMS email and password going forward. Once logged in, you can change the email associated to the account to a personal one if desired by editing it in your CompTIA Central account settings.
