If your store login credentials aren’t working, and you previously accessed the North America CompTIA Store through Pearson VUE, you will need to create a new account.
Please note that the North America CompTIA Store is no longer hosted by Pearson VUE. Customers must now use their CompTIA login credentials to access the Store. If you don’t have CompTIA login credentials, you will need to create a new account to continue using the Store.
