Introducing the New CompTIA Central
We’re excited to announce that CompTIA Central (formerly SSO) has been redesigned and now includes new features to give candidates a more unified experience.
What’s New?
Unified login: Candidates now use a single account (one email and password) to access the CompTIA Store, training resources, and certifications.

Streamlined dashboard:
Training options are displayed on the left.
Certification information (exam scheduling, accommodations, and certification account details) is on the right.

Access key redemption:
Both B2B and B2C candidates will redeem their CertMaster access keys in CompTIA Centra
B2B candidates can link their accounts to their institution during this step, while B2C candidates will bypass this.
FAQs
Has the exam scheduling or rescheduling process changed?
No. The redesign does not change the way candidates schedule or reschedule their exams.
Will existing product access be affected?
No. All current product access remains the same.
Where do I redeem my CertMaster access key?
All candidates redeem their access keys directly in CompTIA Central.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. You will continue using the same email address and password you used before.
