Where can I find a CompTIA W-9 Form?

You can download the W-9 form from your CompTIA account by following the steps below to access and save the form to your device.

1. Visit the Customer Profile Page: CompTIA Account.
2. Log In to Your Account
   • Click the Log In button in the page's upper right-hand corner.
   • Enter Your Login Credentials
     • Email address.
     • Password.
3. Once logged in, click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, Customer Profile.
4. Click the link below "Download the W-9 form" to open the PDF form, then save it to your device by selecting the download icon or right clicking and selecting "save as."
