Before submitting a return request, ensure that your product qualifies for a return.
- Exam Vouchers: All exam voucher purchases are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Non-Voucher Digital Products: Returns may be authorized if:
- The request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- The digital access key has not been redeemed or activated.
For Store Purchases

Log in to your CompTIA account.
- Follow these steps:
- Click Customer Profile from the dropdown in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click on the Order History tab on the right-hand side of the page.
- Locate the order in your Order History and click the Return a Product button.
- Fill out the request form:
- Enter your Order Number
- Select a return reason from the dropdown.
- Add a comment to provide any additional details.
- You’ll receive an email notification confirming your return request submission.
- Our support team will follow up with additional communication regarding the processing of your return.
Note: Partial refunds for purchases cannot be provided.
For Purchases Through a CompTIA Representative
- Submit a Help Request.
- Select Return Process Form as the request type from the dropdown.
