How to Purchase FMC Courses through the CompTIA Store

Future Media Concepts (FMC) courses are now available to purchase through CompTIA’s North America store. This guide provides detailed instructions for browsing, enrolling in, and successfully completing your purchase of an FMC course.

Checkout Process: Step by Step

1. Browse and Choose Your FMC Course
   • Visit the CompTIA North America store and search for FMC courses. Currently available courses:
     • macOS 100: Introduction to macOS Sequoia
     • Mac Integration Basics v15
     • macOS Support Essentials v15
     • iOS Support Essentials
     • Apple Device Deployment and Management
2. Select Your Course and Session
   • Click on your chosen course for an overview, objectives, and available dates.
   • Set the quantity if enrolling multiple people.
   • Select your preferred training date from the available options.
3. Add to Cart and Review
   • Add the course to your cart.
   • Click the cart icon to review your selection, training dates, and total cost.
4. Checkout
   • Enter any promotional codes as needed.
   • Choose your preferred checkout method:
     • Checkout as guest
     • Login/register with your CompTIA account
     • Accepted express payment methods include PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
5. Complete Payment
   • Enter payment details as directed and complete your purchase.
6. Order Confirmation
   • You will receive an order confirmation email from CompTIA.
   • All future course communication and access instructions will come directly from FMC.
