As of November 2025, LMS integration users will be prompted to connect their CertMaster learning platform account to CompTIA Central, the platform where users schedule and manage certification exams, as well as access any other CertMaster products they have purchased.
When a user first clicks in from an LMS, our system checks to see if the email associated to the LMS user profile has an account in CompTIA Central, and goes through the appropriate account linking flow. This process will only happen once.
If a user has an Existing CompTIA Central account, the user will be prompted for their CompTIA Central login credentials. Please note that this is neither their CertMaster credentials, nor their LMS credentials. If they are unsure, they can go through the Reset Your Password dialogue to set new ones.
If a user does not have an Existing CompTIA Central account, the user will be prompted to create one.
