Starting June 9, 2026, CompTIA OnDemand Services will be delivered through the CertMaster platform instead of Canvas.
OnDemand provides additional learning support during your training, including chat assistance and access to instructors through office hours, helping you stay on track and prepare for your certification exam.
What’s Changing
OnDemand is moving from Canvas to CertMaster. After June 9, 2026, Canvas-based OnDemand products will no longer be sold.
If you are currently enrolled in a Canvas-based course, you can continue your training until your access expires. No action is required.
Available Certifications
OnDemand Services are available with select Complete Learning Bundles:
- Tech+
- A+ (Core 1 and Core 2)
- Network+
- Security+
These bundles are available through the CompTIA Store for B2B and eligible customers.

- CertMaster Perform (CertMaster Learn for Tech+)

- OnDemand Services:

Some bundles also include an exam voucher and retake.

Mastery Score
CertMaster includes a Mastery Score that helps track your progress by estimating how likely you are to answer questions correctly in each exam topic.
It is based on your past performance, question difficulty, and how recently you’ve studied the material.
A higher score indicates a stronger understanding. Mastery Scores are estimates and do not guarantee exam results.
What’s Different
As part of the move to CertMaster, some features from the previous experience are no longer included:
- Badges and leaderboards
- Fixed course pacing schedules
- Mid-course assessments
- Weekly announcements
