How to Change Your Time Zone in Pearson VUE

You can update your time zone in your Pearson VUE account preferences or during the exam scheduling process.

Note: If you change your time zone during the scheduling process, it will automatically update your account preferences as well.

Steps to Set Your Time Zone

1. Log in to your CompTIA account.
2. Click Manage Exams in the header or scroll down to Manage your exams section.
3. Click the My Exams button to access your Pearson VUE account.
4. Under the My account heading, click Preferences.
5. In the Time and distance section, select your preferred time zone and time display format (12-hour or 24-hour).
6. Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
