Your exam information will appear in your certification account within five business days after you complete your exam. If it hasn’t appeared after five business days, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. To assist us in investigating, submit a Help Request and include the following:
- A complete copy of your exam score report (all pages)
- A photocopy of your valid driver’s license or passport
We’ll thoroughly investigate the issue and get back to you with our findings. Please allow at least five business days for us to complete the investigation.
