Note: Encourage your test takers to proceed through the post-exam survey in order to properly close out their exam to ensure their exam results are transferred to their CompTIA account.
If a test taker completes the full exam and sees the score but then exits the exam prior to completing the post-exam survey, the exam is not properly closed out and and the exam score will not be transferred to the test taker's CompTIA account.
Request Help for Resolution
When this happens, the proctor should contact proctorhelp@comptia.org with the following test taker’s details in order for the exam results to be transferred:
- Test taker's first and last name
- Test taker's email address
- Test taker's appointment Registration Number
Our team must submit this information to Pearson VUE for investigation and for the exam results to be transferred to the test taker's CompTIA account. This may take 3-5 business days for resolution.
