Managing Your Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Once you submit your Continuing Education Units (CEUs), they are automatically accepted and added to your total CEUs required for certification renewal.
Why Can’t I Edit My CEUs?
If you’re unable to edit your submitted CEUs, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your certification has already been renewed, and you are now in a new CE renewal cycle.
- Your record was audited, and the activity has already been validated.
Need to Edit or Delete an Activity?
If you need assistance with an activity that was submitted incorrectly, please send a Help Request with the following selections:
- How can we help you today? Select: Renewing your certification(s)
- How can we help with your certification renewal? Select: Submitting CEUs
Important Note:
- This request is only for activities that were submitted incorrectly.
- Submitting a request to invalidate activities will involve a review of your CEUs and may result in an audit.
- We cannot invalidate valid activities simply to replace them with a different valid activity.
