Task: You need to redeem an eBook key that you purchased at a Follett Bookstore to use with your CompTIA course. 

Purchasing at a Follett Bookstore

If you purchased your courseware eBook at a Follett Bookstore instead of online through RedShelf, you will receive a PIN to redeem your book in one of two ways: a printed receipt or by email.

• Printed Receipt: A physical, printed receipt at the bookstore will have a section with the PIN:
  
• Step 1: Navigate to Brytewave.
  
  
  
• Step 2: Click the Log in or create an account link.
  
  
  
• Step 3: Enter your email and password and click the Log In button, or click the Create an Account link.
• Step 4: Enter your redemption PIN into the Redeem Code field then click the   >   button to continue.
  
  
  
• Step 5: Find the publisher access code after you redeem your PIN.
  
  Note: When you view the details of the eBook on your shelf, there will be a section that includes the redemption key. There may be a button labeled COPY CODE TO CLIPBOARD and one labeled ACCESS COURSEWARE.
  
  If this button is not available, look in the product instructions page for a URL or please ask your professor for the proper link to navigate to.

• Email: You might receive an email from RedShelf with your PIN and the BryteWave URL. Follow the instructions in the email to redeem your PIN.
• Step 1: After redeeming your purchase using the email instructions, you will see a publisher access code.
• Step 2: Use the publisher access code to redeem your eBook purchase on the CompTIA site so you can associate your eBook with the course you are taking (see instructions below).

Redeeming eBook Keys at CompTIA

When redeeming CompTIA eBook keys, make sure to:

• Step 1: Go to the redemption form.
• Step 2: If you are not signed in, you will be redirected to the Sign In page.
• Step 3: In the Redeem access keys dialog, enter your code in the Enter Code field.
  
  
  Step 4: Click the Redeem Now button.

Outcome: After completing this task, you should have redeemed a Follett Bookstore purchase for use with your CompTIA course.
