Create an Account through CertMaster's Website

Note: If you log in from the school’s learning management system such as Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle, etc., then creating an account is not necessary, enrolling in a class is also not necessary.

Follow these steps to create a CompTIA account and complete email verification.

1. Visit the CompTIA Website
   Go to https://www.comptia.org/en

2. Start Account Creation

   • Click Login

   • Select My Shopping Account

   • Click Create an account

3. Enter Email and Verify

   • Enter your email address in the Email Address field

   • Click Send verification code

   • Check your email inbox for a message from CompTIA

   • Copy the verification code from the email

4. Submit the Code

   • Return to the CompTIA sign-up page

   • Paste the code into the Verification Code field

   • Click Verify Code

   • Click Continue

5. Complete Account Details

   • Enter your First Name and Last Name

   • Create and enter a New Password

   • Click Continue to finish setup
