Note: If you log in from the school’s learning management system such as Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle, etc., then creating an account is not necessary, enrolling in a class is also not necessary.
Follow these steps to create a CompTIA account and complete email verification.
Visit the CompTIA Website
Go to https://www.comptia.org/en-
Start Account Creation
Click Login
Select My Shopping Account
Click Create an account

Enter Email and Verify
Enter your email address in the Email Address field
Click Send verification code
Check your email inbox for a message from CompTIA
Copy the verification code from the email

Submit the Code
Return to the CompTIA sign-up page
Paste the code into the Verification Code field
Click Verify Code
Click Continue

Complete Account Details
Enter your First Name and Last Name
Create and enter a New Password
Click Continue to finish setup
