Access keys associated with CertMaster Learn and CertMaster Learn + Labs – Student Access Keys products are fulfilled automatically.
Within one business day, CompTIA will:
1. Set up your institution in the platform.
2. Set up your administrator access to the Institution Admin Dashboard.
3. Provide you with instructions for adding instructors to the platform. Users with the instructor role have access to the Boost Dashboard, which provides Instructor Resources such as PowerPoint slides, as well as group and individual progress reporting.
4. Provide you with your institution-specific registration URL and instructions. You will distribute access keys and registration instructions to students.
