This video will illustrate how to access the admin dashboard.
Hello, everyone. Today we will learn how to access the Institution Admin dashboard as an institution admin. Upon purchase, for fulfillment, you will receive an automated activation email titled, Activate Your CompTIA CertMaster Learn Institution Admin Account.
If you are having difficulty locating this email, check your spam or junk folders, or search the title of the email. In the body of the email, the link to complete your registration. You will be redirected to activate your account. Your name and email address will automatically populate. Please create your password and confirm your password.
Then select Register. Upon registration, you will be redirected to your institution's admin dashboard. A pop-up will appear welcoming you as the Institution Admin. Take the time to read the pop-up message and then select Next. Automated navigation pop-ups will guide you through the basic features and functionalities of the platform. Take the time to familiarize yourself with these and select Next on each navigation pop-up.
The Institution Admin Dashboard is the Admin's landing page in the CertMaster Learn platform. As an Institution Admin, you'll be able to add and manage users which include other admins, supervisors, instructors and students.
In addition, you will have the ability to create and manage groups for your institution. Admins will have a high-level overview of current and/or expired purchased products under the contracts tab.
