Once you have submitted Continuing Education Units (CEUs), they are automatically accepted and added to the total number of CEUs needed to renew your certification.
If you cannot edit your CEUs it is due to one of the following reasons:
- Your certification renewed and you are in a new CE renewal cycle.
- Your record was audited, and the activity was validated,
If you cannot edit or delete an activity, please send a Help Request with the following selections:
- How can we help you today? Renewing your certification(s)
- How can we help with your certification renewal? Submitting CEUs
Note: This request is for activities submitted incorrectly. Invalidating activities involves reviewing your CEUs and may result in an audit. We will not invalidate valid activities so they can be replaced with a different valid activity.
