If you created your CompTIA Central account before June 23, 2026, you will be prompted to verify your age the next time you sign in.
1. Sign In to CompTIA Central
Navigate to the CompTIA Central login page and enter your email address and password.
Click Log in.
2. Verify Your Age
Enter your birth month and birth year, then click Continue.
3. Enter a Parent, Guardian, or Instructor Email Address
If the account is identified as belonging to a minor, the user is prompted to enter the email address of their parent, guardian, or authorized instructor and click Continue. A consent request will then be sent to the email address provided.
4. Consent Status
After a consent request is submitted:
- If consent is granted and adult verification has been completed, the student or test candidate will be notified and can log in to access their existing records.
- If consent is not granted, the account will remain on hold and the minor will not be able to access their existing records.
- The account may remain on hold pending consent for up to 90 days.
- If consent is not received within 90 days, a data deletion process may be initiated.

If you are identified as an adult, you can continue signing in and accessing CompTIA Central as usual.
