A black screen when booting a lab can be remedied by completing one of the following tasks:
- Change your browser. Be sure to use one of the supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
- Update your browser.
- Check for VPNs and disconnect any that are in use.
- Close out all other applications and browser windows.
- Delete all the cache in your browser.
- Perform a speed test to check the quality of your internet connection.
