A virtual workbench lab can be slow because it needs access to GPU via hardware acceleration in the local browser. We recommend using either the Edge, Firefox or a Chrome browser. If your workbench lab is slow or laggy, complete the following steps:
Step 1: Verify that you are using an updated browser. If one browser does not work, try another.
Step 2: Verify that hardware acceleration is enabled. More and more sites require use of hardware acceleration but for security reasons, this function can also be locked down on a managed network (i.e. work/school environment).
