All access keys are provided to customers via email after purchase. If you are unable to locate your original fulfillment email, below are a few ways to look up your access keys by purchase location.
For CompTIA Store orders:
CompTIA Store fulfillment emails come from support@pvstore.comptia.org.
You may retrieve the order invoice and any exam vouchers and/or digital training product access keys associated with your order within your Order History. They will be populated in your Order History within 24 hours from the time your order was fulfilled. To retrieve these items, just follow these simple steps:
- Sign in to your CompTIA Store Account and click My Account from the dropdown menu beneath your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Click Order History from the left navigation options and locate the order from the list.
- You'll find links for the invoice and any exam vouchers and/or digital training product codes in the far-right position in the header for each order.
- Just click on the respective link(s) based on what you are looking for: View Invoice, View Exam Codes or View Codes (digital product access keys).
For CompTIA direct manual orders:
CompTIA direct manual fulfillment emails come from auto-fulfillment@comptia.org. Please note that this inbox is not monitored.
