How to Log In to CompTIA Central (Existing CertMaster Users)
If you previously accessed your courses through platform.comptia.org, you’ll now log in using login.comptia.org. Follow the steps below to create your new CompTIA Central account and link it to your existing CertMaster data.
Step 1: Go to the New Login Page
Navigate to login.comptia.org.
Enter the credentials you use for the CertMaster Platform (platform.comptia.org)
Click Log In.
Step 2: Begin Account Setup
On the Legacy Account Upgrade screen, click Continue to start the account creation process.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
Enter your email address in the provided field.
Click Send Verification Code.
Open your email inbox and copy the verification code you received from CompTIA.
Return to the Create an Account tab, paste the code, and click Verify Code.
Once verified, click Continue.
Step 4: Complete Your Account Details
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and create a new password that meets the listed requirements.
Click Continue to finish setting up your CompTIA Central login.
