Problem:

When opening the PowerPoint Live Projects in TestOut Office Pro, the following error message comes up with the prompt to Repair the presentation.

Solution:

Open PowerPoint click on, File->Options->Trust Center->Trust Center Settings ->Trusted Locations

Put a check on the 'Allow Trusted Locations on my network' option or the 'Allow the documents on a network to be trusted' option, depending on your version.

Click the 'Add new location' button, then type in the path https://liveoffice.testout.com and put a check in the box next to 'Subfolders of this location are also trusted' and click OK.

Then go to the Protected View area and uncheck the options there and then click OK. Click OK again. Then try to launch the PowerPoint live project again.
