Using CertMaster on Mobile Devices
CertMaster is not supported on Android, iOS, or other mobile operating systems.
Lab simulations and exams require a full 64-bit Windows or macOS operating system with a keyboard and mouse or trackpad.
What Happens If You Use a Phone or Tablet?
While you may be able to access some parts of CertMaster on a mobile device, functionality is very limited and not reliable. Issues may include:

Interface elements not fitting the screen

Trouble zooming, even when switching to desktop view
Additionally, mobile data connections are often unstable and may prevent scores from being properly saved to the database.
