Activate or View Licenses

If licenses are issued to your organization, you can view license availability and activate those licenses.

1. Click Actions.
2. Select View Licenses.
3. Available license detail is listed
4. Under Actions for each license you can activate classes or activate students
5. To Activate Classes:
   • Click on your class name.
   • If you’re an administrator select the instructor and the respective class
   • and click Activate.
   • Once the screen changes, the class has now been activated.
6. To Activate Students:
   • Select actions across from the class.
   • Search for a student’s name.
   • Across from the student’s name click Activate.
   • That student has now been activated.

Once the license is activated, the respective product will be available for the students upon their next login.
