If licenses are issued to your organization, you can view license availability and activate those licenses.
- From Classes, click the Class title to open the Class page.
- From the Class Settings dropdown, select View Licenses.
- Available license details are listed.
- Under Actions for each license, you can activate classes or activate students.
To Activate Classes:
- Click your class name.
- If you’re an administrator, select the instructor and the respective class.
- Click Activate.
- Once the screen changes, the class has been activated.
To Activate Students:
- Select Actions across from the class.
- Search for the student’s name.
- Across from the student’s name, click Activate.
- The student has now been activated.
Once the license is activated, the respective product will be available for the students upon their next login.
